To help with the overall appearance of Great Cliff, the front walls and railings have been painted. This is part of the external painting works where the front of the building is in the process of being painted, together with the east side of the building which faces towards Marine Parade.
Not the most glamorous job but someone has to do it! The bin shed has just been thoroughly cleaned out and disinfected by Paul Sparks, Leaseholder & Director of Great Cliff (Dawlish) Ltd. I'm sure everyone will thank Paul for a job well done - thank you Paul!
As part of an ongoing process to replace rotten sleepers with block work in the rear car park, car park bays 5 and 8 have just been completed, apart from repainting, which will be undertaken very shortly!
The flags to the main rear entrance have been replaced. The previous flags were in need of replacemet with cracks and an uneven surface, causing a trip hazzard. The area was fully screeded to provide a solid bed (unlike the work carried out originally!).
