Richard Rainbow, Drainage & Coastal Manager from Teignbridge District Council has advised that the proposed date for mobilisation works for vegetation clearance of the rear cliff is (currently) Monday, 16 February 2026. The first week will be the site set up, following which, the works will progress over 6 weeks.
A site meeting at Great Cliff will be taking place on Tuesday afternoon, 20 January 2026 to discuss car parking arrangements in lieu of the working spaces and any other requirements that need to be considered.
