Despite previous attempts to resolve our driveway from sinking on the west side entrance, the problem has reoccurred! One of the driveway bricks has even disappeared into the hole itself, making this a safety hazard. The matter has been reported to Crown who organised a site survey which confirmed that the drainage pipework had remained intact, and also a Surveyor's Report to enable the contractor to work to an agreed specification. Remedial work is expected to be carried out end of w/c 8th January or more likely, w/c 15 January 2024 and in the meantime, it would be appreciated if you do not use the west side car park entrance, which remains coned off.
