Following some substantial work carried out by local contractor TJ Smith & Son, the works have finally been completed! The works involved the re-waterprrofing of several parapets on the East and West parts of the building where the joints had broken down, which were subequently covered with lead, which should provide a long term solution. Also included, was the replacement of a box gutter which had to be refabricated from marine ply, coated in fibreglass and waterproofed. The scaffolding on the front elevation, was removed on 24th January 2024.
