Please note that Teignbridge District Council (TDC) have arranged for our cliff face to be surveyed on Tuesday, 19th March, where a cherry picker will be used.
The contractor will be Hi-Line who will be on-site any time after 8.15am. Whilst we will try and be as flexible as possible it's likely that access to the rear car park will be restricted and that there will be no car park spaces available from the west entrance up to the bin shed due to the size of their cherry picker.
Please bear with us and we'll do our best to find car parking at the front or at the sides of building, if possible.
The purpose of the inspection is to establish the condition of the netting at the top of the cliff, which is owned by TDC, who will be responsible for the maintenance and replacement where necessary.
The survey is also to understand the condition of the cliff to help formulate a programme of reactive and routine maintenance to the cliff area, considered to be under the ownership of TDC.
Thank you!
