A General Meeting was held on Wednesday, 13 September 2023 at 10.30am at The Marine Tavern, 2 Marine Parade, Dawlish, Devon, EX7 9DJ. Leaseholders were asked to consider and vote on a Special Resolution to amend the Articles of Association by deleting and replacing Article 19 which was passed unaminously. This will allow a procedure for the Leaseholders to re-appoint the Directors at each future Appointment General Meeting. A Director will need to secure 50% Plus 1 Vote to be re-elected.
The next General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 30 November 2023 at 11.00am at The Marine Tavern, 2 Marine Parade, Dawlish, Devon, EX7 9DJ. This will be an "Appointment" General Meeting, where the Leaseholders will be able to appoint or re-appoint the Directors of the Company.
Leaseholders will be able to vote by Proxy, as normal, provided the forms are completed and returned by the due date.
