Following the Roof Survey Report carried out by Langley Waterproofing Ltd, TJ Smith Contractors were on site on Friday, 19th June 2026 to carry out maintenance works.

From the report, the following works were carried out:
- Page 5 to install felt repair to holes
- Page 8 to install 16 Jubilee clips
- Page 15 to remove any build up of organic material and spray with week killer
Feed-back from TJ Smith was that "the condition is in good working order for the age etc. according to my roofers". However, the report does underline that the roofing materials are life expired and that "it was evident that the rubber based roofing membrane (EPDM Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) whilst fixed well, is at the end of its life expectancy, having been fixed almost 20 years ago."
Hopefully, the works carried out at a cost of £2k will extend the life for a little longer!
