The AGM of Great Cliff (Dawlish) Ltd will be held at the Marine Tavern on Thursday, 27 October 2022 at 10.30am. Any member of the Company is entitled to attend, speak and vote, and may appoint a Proxy to attend, speak and vote on those members behalf. A Proxy need not be a member of the Company. To be valid, a Proxy form must be completed and lodged with Crown Property Management no less than 48 hours before the meeting.
