Luxury Self Catering Holiday Apartment - Services
Every effort is made to ensure that to ensure that your stay at our luxury self catering apartment is made as comfortable as possible.
In addition to providing quality fittings and equipment, a management company has been specially selected to ensure that everything is presented in a first class condition.
The service provided includes:-
* Supervision of cleaners and check-off of property when cleaning completed
* Full linen changeover with fresh pressed linen and all beds made
* Meeting of guests on arrival and key handover
* All internal areas cleaned after guests have departed
* All carpets vacuumed. Small carpet and upholstery marks spot cleaned where possible
* All flooring cleaned and polished
* All appliances, TV and equipment checked
* Smoke alarm batteries checked. Standard light bulbs changed
* Cleaning of internal windows
* Inspections to ensure property is left in good condition after departure of guests
* Any items requiring immediate attention reported to approved contractors and to owner
* Checking of inventory
* Follow up with departed guests on any damage or breakages
* Welcome amenity pack provided for arriving guests, to include tea, coffee, sugar, milk
* Kitchen amenity pack provided for use during stay, to include dish washer tablets, 1 black refuse sack, bin liner, 1 x J cloth, 1 x duster, washing up liquid, 2 x fresh tea towels
* Bathroom amenity pack to include 1 x toilet roll per toilet, 1 x bin liner per bin, soap sachet, 1 x fresh bathmat per bathroom
* Any mail collected returned to the Management Services company.
